Production Time

Every DRACHM piece is printed on demand when you order it — nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time (US)

Once production is complete, standard US shipping typically takes an additional 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–9 business days.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — the carrier is selected automatically based on destination and package weight, and will be included in your tracking email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping on orders of 2+ items applies to US addresses only.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and to many countries worldwide. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and paid by the customer, and delivery usually takes longer than within the US. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays

During peak periods (holidays, major sales), production and shipping times may run longer than usual. We'll always do our best to keep you updated if that happens.
